CM nods for Dr. Kamal Haasan Road

As we all wished, this deserving proposal came out fruitful! Why not? He entertained us for 50 years and is still working hard to contribute more to Indian film industry. Few days back we remembered our Kalaignani Kamal Haasan’s golden jubilee in Indian cinema.

Recently the President of Nadigar Sangam Sarathkumar had made a request to Tamil Nadu CM Kalaignar Karunanidhi, to rename Eldams road as Dr. Kalaignani Kamal Haasan Road. Directors Murugadoss, Mysskin also addressed the press meet and insisted to rename Eldams Road, where Kamal's office is located.

Sources said that our CM has considered the same and will announce this news in a suitable occasion. In fact the film Industry and his fans are glad and proud about his achievement and are eagerly waiting to honour our Ulaganayagan.

Away from any doubts this is the right tribute for the eternally passionate actor!

Sarath wants Dr. Kamal Haasan Road in Chennai

The Nadigar Sangam President Sarath Kumar said that the film stars would initiate the move to rename the Eldams Road as Dr. Kamal Haasan Road. According to Sarath, renaming the road, in which the star has been living for years, is the apt way of felicitating him on his Golden Jubilee year in Kollywood.

Sarath Kumar added that the Nadigar Sangam will petition the state government and the Tamil Nadu chief minister M Karunanidhi to do the needful.
